Hello all. We have a quick update to live chat.

There is now an option for us to do a video call, audio call and screensharing through the live chat tool.

When talking to an agent, you can request a call directly within chat. No need to open other windows.

THIS IS A TRIAL ONLY FOR 7 DAYS (FROM 16TH JAN – 23RD JAN) AFTER THIS DATE WE WILL DECIDE WEATHER TO CONTINUE AUDIO/VIDEO FEATURES OR NOT.
