Live Chat Support Back In Operation For The New Year. After live chat being offline for the Christmas/new year holiday season, live chat is now back in operation. You can connect with support via live chat within the operating hours stated within the chat. These support hours will be extended due to demand.

You can always email or request a call back. However there will be some changes in how we offer support, (mainly for subscription, account and billing enquires) This will be updated and information will be provided online.
